TRSoccerbots is a free educational program that uses teleo-reactive programming to expose the fundamental ideas involved in the creation of autonomous agents to high school and college students. This software package consists of two modules: a code generating graphical user interface that guides the user through the creation of behaviors and a robot soccer simulation environment where these programs are executed and tested.
Visual Basic Projects contains six programs you can use at home, the complete source code is included for your study and modification. The programs included are: STOPWATCH, a dual-mode stopwatch; LOAN CALCULATOR, a program that lets you compute loan repayments; GAS MILEAGE, a utility to track your car's gas mileage performance; BIORHYTHMS, a way to compute your body's natural rhythms; MEMORY GAME, a fun game for the whole family; ONE-ARMED BANDIT, a slot machine simulation.

Home computers are typically not very secure especially when combined with high-speed Internet connections that are always turned on. This document explains how some parts of the Internet work and then describes tasks you can do to improve the security of your home computer system. The goal is to keep intruders and their programs off your computer. Everything can be downloaded in PDF format and there are worksheets to help with installing and using security programs.
PadSpeed is a tool for practicing/testing use of a numeric keypad. PadSpeed will generate a series of random numbers within a range you specify. You can choose to type the numbers on the numeric keypad at your own pace, or use a preset time limit. As you type the numbers, PadSpeed will record the time, total number of digits and numbers entered. It will then display the number of digits and numbers typed per minute and compute the percentage that were correct.
Keyboard Explorer will train any novice user to use all the common keys on the computer keyboard. It is ideal for computer training centres and workshops. In about 60 minutes time, a novice computer user can become acquainted with the computer keyboard, without the intervention of a supervisor. Please note that Keyboard Explorer is NOT a typing tutor, it just explains the use of all the keys on the keyboard.
